Open your \u2018My Documents&#8217; folder and from the menu select File &gt; New &gt; Folder\u00a0and name it (your name)(competition) Images.\u00a0Example: Anthony Timmins Merit 1 Images.<\/p>\n<p>2. Close the &#8216;My Documents&#8217; folder.<\/p>\n<p>3. Open Photoshop.<\/p>\n<p>4. From the menu select File &gt; Open and then navigate to the first image that you\u00a0wish to include in your submission, and open it.<\/p>\n<p>5. From the main menu select Image &gt; Image Size. Then change the &#8216;Width and Height to suit the maximum required dimensions of 1600 pixels (Max width) and 1200 pixels (Max Height). Click OK.<br \/>\nNote that landscape crops should be max 1600 pixels wide and portrait crops should be max 1200 pixels high. You do not need to crop your image to precisely 1600 x 1200 (remember to sharpen the image).<\/p>\n<p>6. From the main menu select File &gt; Save As then:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">a. Select the folder that you created in step 1 as the folder to save to.<br \/>\nb. Rename the file as (Title of the picture) by (your name)<br \/>\n<strong>Example:<\/strong> Elephants in Amboseli by Anthony Timmins<br \/>\nIF the word \u2018by\u2019 is in the Title then the Title MUST be in CAPITALS.<br \/>\n<strong>Example:<\/strong> LION BY TREE by Anthony Timmins<br \/>\nc. From the &#8216;Format field choose JPEG (.JPG) and click SAVE.<br \/>\nd. In the &#8216;JPEG Options&#8217; box that appears choose &#8216;Quality&#8217; 12 (Maximum) then\u00a0click OK.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 0px;\">7. Close the file.<\/p>\n<p>8. Now follow steps 4 through 7 to create your other images.<\/p>\n<p>9.
