Written by Seven of our members submitted entries for the MidPhot exhibition to be held between 20 – 24 March at Smethwick and selection is complete. The acceptance mark in all categories entered was 12 (out of 15).
There were 2 Mono prints with no acceptances.
The 17 colour prints had near misses (11 marks) for Ian Andrew, Robin Cooter and Bob Mercer.
Of the 12 nature prints, Brian Sherwin managed 3 acceptances and Anthony Timmins had 2 near misses.
Members submitted 15 nature PDIs, Brian Sherwin gained 1 acceptance and 1 near miss, and extra congratulations are due to Judy Longthorn who won a Judge’s Medal for “Juvenile Greater Black Backed Gull” and had 1 other acceptance and 3 near misses.
