We entered 15 images in each of the sections – Monochrome Prints, Colour Prints and Projected Images, thank you to all who have had their prints 'confiscated' for so long and those who made their work available, also to Tony for doing all the donkey-work in getting the entries together and everything else that went with our entry.
Congratulation to Jack Hemming for having two of his images accepted for the Travelling Portfolio. These were Colour Print – 'Grey Crowned Cranes' and Projected – 'Cheetah', and well done to Jack, Jeff, Judy, Terry and Tony for having other images accepted for the exhibition at Smethwick PS from 4th to 6th June, doors open 7.15pm and commentary on the selected images from 8pm.
As a Club we have done well in the Projected images section with 6 acceptances, less well in the Colour Prints with 2 acceptances and poorly with Monochrome Prints with no acceptances, here are the full results. Next year's programme will include an external speaker coming to talk about monochrome images, so let's hope for better in the future.
